Job Summary

Leading the strategic oversight of revenue cycle support services, the full-time remote Vice President Revenue Cycle Management will manage system access, payer portal optimization, and comprehensive onboarding initiatives while ensuring compliance and driving innovation across revenue cycle operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead regional oversight of revenue cycle support services, including system access, payer portals, and Epic optimization
• Provide strategic direction for credentialing, enrollment enablement, and technical support teams
• Direct vendor performance management for all support services, ensuring adherence to SLAs and contract terms

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years of demonstrated experience in healthcare revenue cycle management
• 12+ years in the healthcare industry with experience in a large, complex, multi-facility environment
