Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, SEC Compliance and Governance.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal support and advice on securities, finance, corporate governance, and acquisitions
Manage reporting and compliance requirements of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and NASDAQ compliance
Interact with senior management, regulatory agencies, and outside counsel on assigned matters

Required Qualifications:

8-10 years of applicable experience
Expertise in drafting legal documents and analytical reasoning
Strong organizational and time management skills
Expertise in securities law and M&A experience
Juris Doctorate degree
