Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive total rewards strategy aligned with the company's objectives and values
  • Proactively conduct regular analyses of market trends and benchmarks to ensure competitiveness and effectiveness of total rewards programs
  • Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals and provide guidance, feedback, and development opportunities

Required Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in total rewards
  • Strong understanding of global employment laws and regulations with demonstrated experience in global strategy
  • Expert analytical capabilities in identifying market gaps in total reward programs and risks
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful compensation and benefits programs
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills to collaborate across diverse teams
