Video and Motion Graphics Editor

Job Summary

To support a dynamic creative team, the full-time Video and Motion Graphics Editor will craft post-production video projects from script to completion, balancing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, with the option to work remotely or from the Washington, DC office.

Key responsibilities

• Craft post-production video projects, including political and digital video ads, from concept to completion
• Balance multiple projects at various post-production stages while ensuring high-quality output
• Develop creative concepts and make design decisions independently and collaboratively with the team

Required qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in motion design and post-production video editing
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Illustrator, and Premiere
• Experience creating video content for digital platforms and social media, preferably in the political or advocacy sector
• Knowledge of media asset management platforms and social media video specifications
• Strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
