Video Content Producer

Job Summary

To support the expansion of Brookhaven's content ecosystem, the full-time remote Video Content Producer will coordinate production pipelines, manage relationships with external partners, and transform creative ideas into engaging content for a large audience.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain the master content calendar, ensuring alignment with franchise priorities and publishing schedules
• Translate creative briefs into production-ready plans, timelines, and deliverables while reviewing content for brand standards
• Build relationships across the creator ecosystem and manage community content submission workflows

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in video content production or a related field
• Experience producing or managing creator-led or digitally native content from concept through publication
• Strong understanding of production management, including timelines and stakeholder coordination
• Proven ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and deadlines
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
