Job Summary

Owning the Vendingpreneurs YouTube channel strategy, the full-time Video Content Strategist will develop and implement content plans, manage video production, and analyze performance metrics while working remotely in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the YouTube channel strategy, including content pillars and publishing cadence
• Create and pitch video concepts based on audience behavior and market trends, while directing scriptwriting and production
• Analyze channel performance and provide actionable insights to enhance growth and engagement

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in video production or content roles with a focus on YouTube channel strategy
• Demonstrated ability to drive growth evidenced by a portfolio showcasing channel success
• Strong scriptwriting skills and proficiency in producing YouTube Shorts
• Experience directing remote creative teams with minimal oversight
• Familiarity with analytics tools and the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
