Key Responsibilities

• Write high-quality video interview scripts that align with platform style and user preferences
• Plan the overall style and content direction of interview videos, creating detailed shooting lists
• Oversee the entire production process, including pre-production, shooting, and post-production editing

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of video directing experience, preferably in interview production
• Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro/CapCut
• Excellent analytical skills to optimize content direction based on data insights
• Heavy user of TikTok/YouTube with a keen sense of trends and topics
• Familiarity with TikTok/YouTube advertising and analytics tools
