Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce 4-6 polished videos per month, ensuring high viewer retention
• Utilize DaVinci Resolve for editing, color grading, and sound design to enhance production quality
• Collaborate in creative sessions to develop visual metaphors and structural improvements for storytelling

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in video editing
• Expert-level skills in DaVinci Resolve, including Edit, Color, and Fairlight
• Strong portfolio demonstrating narrative-driven content and visual storytelling
• Ability to create engaging motion graphics and mixed-media sequences
• Familiarity with YouTube metrics and strategies for enhancing viewer engagement
