Job Summary

To support a growing media team, the full-time Video Editor will manage the end-to-end post-production workflow for testimonial footage and workshop captures, utilizing AI tools to enhance editing efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the post-production process for testimonial ads and marketing assets, ensuring timely delivery of publish-ready content
• Implement AI-assisted editing workflows to optimize throughput and maintain compliance with production standards
• Collaborate with the marketing team on creative direction and ad testing priorities, while consistently hitting output targets

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience, particularly in direct-response or performance marketing content
• Proven experience with AI-assisted editing tools and automated workflows
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; familiarity with After Effects is a plus
• Experience editing testimonial, interview, or event footage at high volume
• Understanding of direct-response ad structure, including hooks and CTAs
