Job Summary
Leading multiple complex video projects remotely, the temporary Video Editor will collaborate with the creative team and producers to conceptualize and deliver high-quality trailers while implementing sound design and visual effects.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the creative team and producers to conceptualize and deliver trailers for various platforms
- Implement sound design, music, and voice-over elements to enhance the emotional impact of trailers
- Partner with the graphics team to apply visual effects and motion graphics that emphasize key moments and character expressions
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve
- Proven experience editing trailers with a strong portfolio showcasing storytelling and pacing skills
- Experience integrating VFX and sound design into video projects
- Strong grasp of narrative structure and emotional tone in trailer editing
