Key Responsibilities

• Develop and produce engaging video content from concept to completion, including promotional videos and social media reels
• Edit raw footage and create motion graphics to enhance storytelling while maintaining brand consistency
• Collaborate with various teams to manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery of high-quality video assets

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years of professional video editing experience, preferably in nonprofit or mission-driven sectors
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop)
• Experience with remote editing workflows and project management tools
• Strong creative writing and script development skills
