- Produce 8-15 variations of paid ads monthly for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, focusing on conversion and compliance
- Utilize AI tools for efficient production while maintaining accuracy and compliance across all video streams
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience editing short-form vertical video for social media, with a portfolio showcasing current work
- Demonstrated experience editing paid social ads, understanding hook-led structures and retention curves
- Strong fluency in video editing software such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut Pro
- Working knowledge of AI editing tools for tasks like captioning and audio cleanup
- Ability to edit user-generated content while preserving authenticity and narrative cohesion
