Key responsibilities
  • Edit and produce short-form videos tailored for paid social media, ensuring strong hooks and pacing
  • Collaborate with creative strategists to translate briefs into effective visual storytelling and incorporate feedback
  • Stay updated on platform trends and best practices to enhance video performance and engagement
Required qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in video editing for paid social or digital marketing
  • Strong portfolio showcasing short-form editing skills, including pacing and platform-specific formatting
  • Proficiency in Premiere Pro and/or CapCut; After Effects experience is a plus
  • Solid understanding of specifications and best practices for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Ability to work with raw footage and maintain organization under deadline pressure
