Job Summary

Editing high-performing short-form ads for paid social, the full-time remote Video Editor (UGC) will transform raw footage and scripts into engaging content while collaborating with creative teams and optimizing videos based on performance data.

Key responsibilities

• Edit short-form paid social ads, including UGC and product demos
• Produce multiple variations per concept to enhance engagement and conversion
• Iterate on edits based on retention data and performance feedback

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of video editing experience, preferably in an agency setting
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in short-form paid social ads
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut
• Experience with After Effects for motion graphics is preferred
• Familiarity with Meta and TikTok ad formats and specifications
