Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end product education process, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce video content, including tutorials and product demos, while developing Riverside University as a premier learning hub for users.
Key responsibilities
- Drive product education strategy and produce all video content from scripting to final editing
- Scale YouTube tutorials and teach new features as they are released
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality content and integrate user feedback into product development
