Video Education Manager
Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end product education process, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce and present video content for Riverside's YouTube channel, develop Riverside University as a learning hub, and drive product education strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Independently script, shoot, and edit product education videos as the primary on-camera presenter
- Scale YouTube tutorials and develop Riverside University into a premier learning resource
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social teams to ensure high-quality content and incorporate user feedback
Required qualifications
- On-camera experience with a portfolio showcasing presentation skills
- Proficiency in video editing from raw footage to polished final products
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Fluency in the creator and content landscape
- Technical knowledge of cameras, microphones, lighting, and capture equipment
