Video Education Manager
Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end product education process, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce and present educational videos for Riverside's YouTube channel, develop Riverside University as a learning hub, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Drive product education strategy by scripting, shooting, and editing videos as the primary on-camera presenter
- Scale YouTube tutorials and teach new features immediately upon release
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social teams to ensure high-quality content and incorporate user feedback into the product lifecycle
Required qualifications
- On-camera experience with a portfolio showcasing presentation skills
- Proficiency in video editing and producing polished final products independently
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Fluency in the content creation landscape and understanding of publishing processes
- Technical knowledge of video production equipment, including cameras, microphones, and lighting
