Video Education Manager
Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end product education process, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce and present educational videos, develop Riverside University as a learning hub, and drive product education strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Independently script, shoot, and edit product education videos for the YouTube channel
- Develop and enhance Riverside University into a comprehensive learning platform for users
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social teams to ensure high-quality content and integrate user feedback into the product lifecycle
Required qualifications
- On-camera experience with a strong presence and ability to present effectively
- Proficient in video editing, capable of producing polished final products from raw footage
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences without losing depth
- Fluency in the content creation landscape and understanding of content publishing
- Technical knowledge of video production equipment, including cameras, microphones, and lighting
