Owning the end-to-end product education process, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce and present product education videos for YouTube, develop Riverside University as a learning hub, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user engagement and feedback integration.

- Drive product education strategy and produce videos, including scripting, shooting, and editing
- Scale YouTube tutorials and build Riverside University into a premier learning hub
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social teams to ensure exceptional content quality
Required qualifications
- On-camera experience with a strong presentation ability
- Proficient in video editing, capable of producing polished final products independently
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Fluency in the creator and content landscape
- Strong technical knowledge of video production equipment, including cameras and lighting
