Video Education Manager

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end product education process, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce and present educational videos for Riverside, driving strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Drive product education strategy and independently produce educational videos from scripting to editing
• Scale YouTube tutorials and develop Riverside University as a premier learning hub for users
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social teams to ensure high-quality content and integrate user feedback

Required qualifications

• On-camera experience with a strong presentation ability, demonstrated through video links
• Proficiency in video editing, capable of producing polished content independently
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences without losing depth
• Fluency in the creator and content landscape, with a strong understanding of content production
• Technical knowledge of video setup, including cameras, microphones, and lighting equipment
