Job Summary
Owning product education end-to-end, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce engaging product education videos, deliver demos, and develop Riverside University into a premier learning hub while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Drive product education strategy and independently produce video content from scripting to final editing
- Scale YouTube tutorials and teach new features as they are released
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social teams to ensure high-quality content and incorporate user feedback
Required qualifications
- On-camera experience with a portfolio showcasing presenting skills
- Proficient in video editing, capable of producing polished final pieces independently
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Fluency in the creator and content landscape
- Technical knowledge of cameras, microphones, lighting, and capture gear
