Video Education Manager

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end product education process, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce educational videos, deliver product demos, and develop Riverside University as a premier learning hub while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Drive product education strategy and independently script, shoot, and edit videos as the primary on-camera representative
• Scale YouTube tutorials and teach new features immediately upon release
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social teams to ensure high-quality content and integrate user feedback into the product lifecycle

Required qualifications

• On-camera experience with a portfolio showcasing presentation skills
• Proficiency in video editing, capable of producing polished content independently
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
• Fluency in the creator and content landscape, with a strong understanding of content production
• Technical knowledge of cameras, microphones, lighting, and capture gear
