To drive product education and content creation, the full-time remote Video Education Manager will independently produce educational videos, deliver product demos, and develop Riverside University into a premier learning hub while being the primary on-camera representative of the brand.
Key responsibilities
- Drive product education strategy and independently produce video content from scripting to editing
- Scale YouTube tutorials and teach new features upon release
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality content and incorporate user feedback into the product lifecycle
Required qualifications
- On-camera experience with a portfolio showcasing presenting skills
- Proficiency in video editing, capable of producing polished final products independently
