Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end product education process, the remote Video Education Manager will independently create, script, shoot, and edit educational videos for Riverside's YouTube channel while developing Riverside University as a comprehensive learning hub for users.
Key responsibilities
- Drive product education strategy and produce all video content as the primary on-camera representative
- Scale YouTube tutorials and teach new features upon release, ensuring high-quality content delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate user feedback into the product lifecycle and enhance educational materials
Required qualifications
- On-camera experience with a portfolio showcasing presentation skills
