Video Education Manager
Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end product education process, the remote Video Education Manager will independently create, script, shoot, and edit product education videos for the company's YouTube channel while developing Riverside University into a premier learning hub.
Key responsibilities
- Drive product education strategy and produce all video content as the primary on-camera representative
- Scale YouTube tutorials and teach new features immediately upon release
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social teams to ensure high-quality content and incorporate user feedback
Required qualifications
- On-camera experience with a portfolio of video presentations
- Proficiency in video editing, capable of producing polished final products independently
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Fluency in the creator and content landscape, with a strong understanding of content production
- Technical knowledge of video production equipment, including cameras, microphones, and lighting setups
