Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end product education process, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce and present product education videos, develop the Riverside University learning hub, and drive product education strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Drive product education strategy and independently produce video content from scripting to editing
- Scale YouTube tutorials and build Riverside University into a premier learning hub for users
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social teams to ensure high-quality content and integrate user feedback
Required qualifications
- On-camera experience with a strong presentation style, demonstrated through video samples
- Proficiency in video editing, capable of producing polished final products independently
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences without losing substance
- Fluency in the creator and content landscape, with a strong understanding of content production
- Technical knowledge of video equipment, including cameras, microphones, and lighting setups
