Video Education Manager
Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end product education process, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce and present educational videos for the company's YouTube channel, develop Riverside University, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user learning experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Drive product education strategy by scripting, shooting, and editing videos as the primary on-camera representative
- Scale YouTube tutorials and develop Riverside University into a premier learning hub for users
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social teams to ensure high-quality content and integrate user feedback into the product lifecycle
Required qualifications
- On-camera experience with a portfolio showcasing presentation skills
- Proficiency in video editing, capable of producing polished final products independently
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Fluency in the content creation landscape and excellent command of English
- Knowledge of technical setup involving cameras, microphones, and lighting equipment
