Video Education Manager

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end product education process, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce and present educational videos, develop a learning hub, and drive product education strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and present product education videos for the YouTube channel, from scripting to final cut
• Develop Riverside University into a premier learning hub for users, scaling tutorials and teaching new features
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social teams to ensure high-quality content and integrate user feedback into the product lifecycle

Required qualifications

• On-camera experience with a portfolio showcasing presenting skills
• Proficiency in video editing, capable of producing polished content independently
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
• Fluency in the creator and content world, with a strong understanding of content production
• Technical knowledge of video setup, including cameras, microphones, and lighting
