Video Education Manager

Job Summary

Owning product education end-to-end, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce and present product education videos for YouTube, develop Riverside University as a learning hub, and drive product education strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Independently script, shoot, and edit product education videos as the primary on-camera representative of Riverside
• Scale YouTube tutorials and develop Riverside University into a premier learning resource
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social teams to ensure high-quality content and integrate user feedback into the product lifecycle

Required qualifications

• Proven on-camera experience with a portfolio showcasing video presentations
• Strong video editing skills, capable of producing polished content from raw footage
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse user audiences
• Fluency in the content creation landscape and familiarity with technical setup knowledge including cameras and lighting
• Excellent command of English, with native proficiency required
