Video Education Manager
Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end product education process, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce educational videos, deliver product demos, and develop Riverside University into a premier learning hub for users.
Key responsibilities
- Drive product education strategy and produce videos from scripting to editing as the primary on-camera representative
- Scale YouTube tutorials and teach new features upon release, ensuring high-quality content delivery
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social teams to incorporate user feedback into the content lifecycle
Required qualifications
- On-camera experience with a portfolio demonstrating presentation skills
- Proficiency in video editing, capable of producing polished content independently
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Fluency in the creator and content landscape, with a strong understanding of content production
- Technical knowledge of video equipment, including cameras, microphones, and lighting setups
