Video Education Manager

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end product education process, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce engaging product education videos, deliver product demos, and develop Riverside University as a premier learning hub for users.

Key responsibilities

• Drive product education strategy and produce videos from scripting to editing as the primary on-camera representative
• Scale YouTube tutorials and teach new features upon release, ensuring content aligns with user feedback
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Design, and Social to maintain exceptional content quality

Required qualifications

• On-camera experience with a strong presence and ability to engage viewers
• Proficiency in video editing, capable of producing polished content independently
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
• Fluency in the creator and content landscape, with a strong understanding of content creation processes
• Technical knowledge of video production equipment including cameras, microphones, and lighting setups
