Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end product education process, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce and present educational videos, develop a learning hub, and drive product education strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Produce and present product education videos from scripting to final cut
- Develop Riverside University into a premier learning hub for users
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social teams to enhance content quality and incorporate user feedback
Required qualifications
- On-camera experience with a portfolio showcasing presentation skills
- Proficiency in video editing, capable of producing polished content independently
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Fluency in the creator and content world, with a strong understanding of content production
- Knowledge of technical setups including cameras, microphones, and lighting equipment
