Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end product education process, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce and present product education videos for YouTube, develop Riverside University as a learning hub, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance content quality and user engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Drive product education strategy and produce videos from scripting to editing
- Scale YouTube tutorials and build Riverside University into a premier learning resource
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social teams to ensure high-quality content and integrate user feedback
Required qualifications
- On-camera experience with a strong presentation ability, demonstrated through video links
- Proficiency in video editing, capable of producing polished content independently
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Fluency in the creator and content landscape, with a deep understanding of content production
- Technical knowledge of video equipment, including cameras, microphones, and lighting setups
