Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end product education process, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce and present educational videos for Riverside's YouTube channel, develop Riverside University, and drive product education strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Drive product education strategy and produce all video content from scripting to editing
- Scale YouTube tutorials and build Riverside University into a premier learning hub
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social teams to ensure high-quality content and integrate user feedback
Required qualifications
- On-camera experience with a portfolio showcasing video presentations
- Proficient in video editing, capable of producing polished final pieces independently
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Fluency in the creator and content landscape
- Technical knowledge of video production setups, including cameras, mics, and lighting
