Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end production of product education content, the remote Video Education Manager will script, shoot, and edit videos for the YouTube channel, develop Riverside University as a learning hub, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience.
Key responsibilities
- Drive product education strategy and independently produce video content from scripting to final cut
- Scale YouTube tutorials and develop Riverside University into a premier learning hub
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social teams to ensure high-quality content and integrate user feedback into the product lifecycle
Required qualifications
- On-camera experience with a portfolio showcasing presentation skills
- Proficient in video editing, capable of producing polished content independently
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Fluency in the creator and content landscape, with a strong understanding of content production
- Technical knowledge of video equipment, including cameras, microphones, and lighting setups
