Video Education Manager
Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end product education process, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce and present educational videos, develop a learning hub, and drive product education strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Produce and present product education videos for the YouTube channel, including scripting, shooting, and editing
- Develop and scale Riverside University into a premier learning hub for users, teaching new features as they are released
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social teams to ensure high-quality content and incorporate user feedback into the product lifecycle
Required qualifications
- On-camera experience with a strong presentation ability, demonstrated through a portfolio of video content
- Proficiency in video editing, capable of producing polished final pieces independently
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences, catering to both new and experienced users
- Fluency in the creator and content landscape, with a deep understanding of content production and publication
- Technical knowledge of video production equipment, including cameras, microphones, and lighting setups
