Video Education Manager

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end product education process, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce engaging video content, including tutorials and product demos, while developing Riverside University as a premier learning hub for users.

Key responsibilities

• Drive product education strategy and produce all video content from scripting to final editing
• Scale YouTube tutorials and teach new features as they are released
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality content and integrate user feedback into the product lifecycle

Required qualifications

• On-camera experience with a strong presence and ability to engage an audience
• Proficiency in video editing, capable of producing polished final products independently
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
• Fluency in the creator and content landscape, with a strong understanding of content creation and publishing
• Technical knowledge of video production equipment, including cameras, microphones, and lighting setups
