Video Education Manager
Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end product education process, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce and present educational videos, develop a learning hub, and drive product education strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Produce and present product education videos for the YouTube channel, managing scripting, shooting, and editing
- Develop and enhance Riverside University as a premier learning hub for users
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social teams to ensure high-quality content and incorporate user feedback
Required qualifications
- Proven on-camera experience with a portfolio showcasing presentation skills
- Strong video editing capabilities, from raw footage to polished final products
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Fluency in the creator and content landscape, with a deep understanding of content creation
- Technical knowledge of video production equipment, including cameras, microphones, and lighting setups
