Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end product education process, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce and present educational videos for Riverside's YouTube channel while developing Riverside University as a premier learning hub for users.
Key responsibilities
- Drive product education strategy by scripting, shooting, and editing videos as the primary on-camera face of Riverside
- Scale YouTube tutorials and teach new features immediately upon release
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality content and integrate user feedback into the product lifecycle
Required qualifications
