Video Education Manager

Job Summary

Owning product education end-to-end, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce and present product education videos, develop a learning hub, and drive content strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Drive product education strategy and produce all video content from scripting to editing
• Scale YouTube tutorials and develop Riverside University as a premier learning resource
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social teams to ensure high-quality content and incorporate user feedback

Required qualifications

• On-camera experience with a strong presence and ability to present effectively
• Proficiency in video editing, capable of producing polished final products independently
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
• Fluency in the creator and content landscape, with a strong understanding of content production
• Technical knowledge of video production equipment, including cameras, microphones, and lighting
