Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end product education process, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce and present product education videos, develop Riverside University as a learning hub, and drive the product education strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Independently script, shoot, and edit educational videos for the YouTube channel
- Develop and enhance Riverside University as a premier learning platform for users
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social teams to ensure high-quality content and incorporate user feedback
Required qualifications
- On-camera experience with a portfolio showcasing presentation skills
- Proficiency in video editing from raw footage to polished final products
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Fluency in the content creation landscape and familiarity with relevant terminology
- Strong knowledge of technical video setup, including cameras, microphones, and lighting
