Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end product education process, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce engaging product education videos, deliver demos, and develop Riverside University into a premier learning hub for users.
Key responsibilities
- Drive product education strategy and produce video content from scripting to final editing
- Scale YouTube tutorials and teach new features promptly as they are released
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality content that incorporates user feedback
Required qualifications
- On-camera experience with a strong presence and ability to present effectively
- Proficient in video editing, capable of producing polished final pieces independently
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Fluency in the creator economy and understanding of content creation and publishing
- Technical knowledge of video production equipment, including cameras, mics, and lighting
