Video Education Manager
Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end product education process, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce and present educational videos for Riverside's YouTube channel, develop Riverside University as a premier learning hub, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user engagement and feedback integration.
Key responsibilities
- Drive product education strategy and produce video content from scripting to editing
- Scale YouTube tutorials and develop Riverside University into a comprehensive learning platform
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social teams to ensure high-quality content delivery
Required qualifications
- On-camera experience with a portfolio showcasing presentation skills
- Proficiency in video editing, capable of producing polished final products independently
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Fluency in the content creation landscape and familiarity with technical setup (cameras, mics, lighting)
- Excellent command of English, with native proficiency required
