Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end product education process, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce engaging product education videos, deliver demos, and develop Riverside University as a premier learning hub for users.
Key responsibilities
- Drive product education strategy and produce video content from scripting to final editing
- Scale YouTube tutorials and teach new features upon release
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality content while incorporating user feedback into the product lifecycle
Required qualifications
- On-camera experience with a strong presentation ability
- Proficiency in video editing, capable of producing polished content independently
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Fluency in the creator and content world, with a solid understanding of content production
- Technical knowledge of video setup including cameras, microphones, and lighting
