Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end product education process, the remote Video Education Manager will independently create and produce educational videos for the company's YouTube channel, develop Riverside University as a learning hub, and collaborate across teams to enhance content quality and user feedback integration.
Key responsibilities
- Drive product education strategy by scripting, shooting, and editing videos as the primary on-camera representative
- Scale YouTube tutorials and develop Riverside University into a premier learning resource for users
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social teams to ensure high-quality content and incorporate user feedback into the product lifecycle
Required qualifications
- On-camera experience with a portfolio showcasing presentation skills
- Proficiency in video editing, capable of producing polished content independently
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Fluency in the creator and content world, with an understanding of content publishing
- Technical knowledge of cameras, microphones, lighting, and capture gear
