Job Summary
To drive product education strategy, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce engaging product education videos, deliver demos, and develop Riverside University as a premier learning hub for users.
Key responsibilities
- Produce and edit product education videos from scripting to final cut, serving as the primary on-camera face of Riverside
- Scale YouTube tutorials and ensure timely teaching of new features in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Channel user feedback into the product lifecycle to enhance content quality and user experience
Required qualifications
- On-camera experience with a portfolio showcasing presenting and teaching skills
- Proficiency in video editing, capable of producing polished content independently
