Video Education Manager
Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end product education process, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce and present educational videos, develop a comprehensive learning hub, and drive product education strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Independently script, shoot, and edit product education videos for YouTube and other platforms
- Develop and enhance Riverside University as a premier learning resource for users
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social teams to ensure high-quality content and integrate user feedback into the product lifecycle
Required qualifications
- Proven on-camera experience with a portfolio showcasing presentation skills
- Strong video editing capabilities, able to produce polished content independently
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Fluency in the creator and content landscape, with a deep understanding of content production
- Technical knowledge of video equipment, including cameras, microphones, and lighting setups
