Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end product education process, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce and present educational videos for Riverside, including scripting, shooting, and editing, while developing Riverside University into a premier learning hub.
Key responsibilities
- Drive product education strategy and produce video content for YouTube and Riverside University
- Teach new features and ensure content aligns with user feedback and product lifecycle
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Design, and Social to enhance content quality
Required qualifications
- On-camera experience with a portfolio showcasing presenting and teaching skills
- Proficient in video editing, capable of producing polished final products independently
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Fluency in the creator and content landscape
- Strong technical knowledge of video production equipment and setups
