Video Education Manager

Job Summary

To drive product education and create engaging content, the full-time remote Video Education Manager will independently produce educational videos from script to final cut, scale YouTube tutorials, and develop Riverside University as a premier learning hub.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end production of product education videos, including scripting, shooting, and editing
• Develop and scale YouTube tutorials while ensuring high-quality content that incorporates user feedback
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to teach new features and enhance the overall product education strategy

Required qualifications

• Proven on-camera experience with a portfolio showcasing presentation skills
• Strong video editing capabilities, able to transform raw footage into polished content
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
• Fluency in the creator and content landscape, with a deep understanding of content production
• Technical knowledge of video equipment, including cameras, microphones, and lighting setups
