To drive product education strategy, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce engaging video content from scripting to final cut, develop Riverside University as a learning hub, and scale YouTube tutorials while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Independently script, shoot, and edit product education videos for various platforms
- Build and enhance Riverside University into a premier learning resource for users
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social teams to ensure high-quality content and integrate user feedback
Required qualifications
- On-camera presentation experience with a portfolio showcasing video work
- Proficiency in video editing, capable of producing polished final products independently
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Fluency in the content creation landscape and understanding of content publishing
- Technical knowledge of video production equipment, including cameras and lighting
